WHAT WE COLLECT
If you ask for the guide through a Facebook or Instagram form, we receive your email address and your answer to the form's one question, about what in your house you are stuck on. That is all. We do not receive your name, your phone number or your address unless you send them to us yourself.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
To send you the guide you asked for, to answer what you told us you are stuck on, and to write to you about the work we do. Nothing else.
WHO SEES IT
Nobody outside Property Butler Holdings. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to other companies. Meta keeps its own copy of anything submitted through its form, under its policy rather than ours.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Until you ask us to delete it.
HOW TO GET OUT
Reply to any email from us and say so. We will delete your details and stop writing. There is no form and no unsubscribe process to work through.
CLIENT RECORDS
Property records we keep for clients are private and password-protected. They are not public and they are not indexed. Where a screen from a live record appears in our own materials, the owner's name, address and every identifying detail are removed first.
COOKIES AND THE META PIXEL
Squarespace, which hosts this site, sets the cookies it needs to serve pages and count visits. The site also runs the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta when someone views a page here, so we can see whether our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to the site. Meta handles that data under its own policy. You can limit how Meta uses it in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
